Edited INI Files for all characters to have a very super speed (Uncontrollable) for all characters. Also, shooting power is also increased for every characters as the max.
Items like shells are improved to be very fast too. But, be careful, if you are too fast, you can be freeze by the game (Maybe int overflow) 😉
For patching the game, decompress entire game with WIT, Dolphin or WiiScrubber, replace INI files and recompress the game.
Tested on a Europe dump but may works on a USA / Japanese dump.
All changes:
– Speed at 5.0 for every characters
– Acceleration at 3.0 for every characters
– Shooting and Passing at 1.0 for every characters
– Shooting range increased.
– Shells speed increased and stay on the stage longer.
– Mushroom speed increased / Star speed increased and stay on the stage longer.
– Chomp speed increased and stay on the stage longer.
